At SoulPlus, we are dedicated to providing transformative wellness experiences and curated events. To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our sessions, we have established a clear return and refund policy.

2. No Refund Policy

Please note that SoulPlus does not offer refunds for any bookings, ticket purchases, or memberships at this time.

Once a booking is confirmed or a payment is made, it is considered final. This policy helps us effectively manage event capacities and ensure the best experience for all participants.

3. Event Cancellation or Modification

In the rare event that SoulPlus cancels a session or event, we will notify all registered participants via the contact information provided. In such cases, SoulPlus may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit note for a future event or reschedule the session.

4. Transfer of Bookings

While we do not offer refunds, you may be able to transfer your booking to another person. If you wish to do so, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event start time. All transfers are subject to approval by the SoulPlus team.
